David advises governments, financiers and companies on water and wastewater market, policy, environmental and management drivers, drawing on 22 years following the sector. He has written six books on water, has collected many water-borne diseases in his travels across the world, has a DPhil in Applied Ecology from Oxford University and lives on a farm in West Wales with his family.
